Putting on this uniform/Donning this dress code/Slipping into this mandatory attire feels like a sentence, a restriction/limitation/confinement on my freedom/ability to express myself/personality. It strips away/erases/conceals who I truly am and forces me into a mold/box/role that doesn't fit/suit/match me.
